Production Capabilities

Inhouse production of GT’s own design pneumatic actuators. Flexible and robust line for varying recipes depending on design requirements.

  • 35mm cylinder
  • 50mm cylinder
  • 65mm cylinder (in production)

100% of actuators are tested for stroke length, pressure intensity with safety factor and functional spring return before getting engraved as a mark of approval and for date/serial no. traceability.

CNC machining for low-mid volume serial production and rapid inhouse prototyping.

All milling machines are 4-axis/twin pallet equipped with high pressure through spindle coolant and tool length wear detection.

Machines include;

  • Heller H5000 & H6000
  • DMG Mori NHX5500

Welding of the lever assemblies is one of the core sub-processes in the majority of GT products.

The purpose-built weld cells are used for serial production and rapid inhousee prototyping.

We have inhouse weld-sectioning and macro-analysis of the weld batches for the finest quality.

Drilling of the lever assemblies is another of the core sub-processes for the majority of GT products.

This is a simple but highly precise process which is critical for the durability and longevity of the valve performance throughout the life of the products.

  • Robodrill – high performance vertical mill

Featuring; early fault detection, high pressure through spindle coolant, ultra fast tool change, high tool capacity and pneumatic clamping.

Universal Assembly Line

Bushing Operation

Precision control for bushing process ensuring quality bushes parts for 100% of valves. Bush position and press force traceability and control.

  • Capable of automation of any bushing/pressing processes.
  • Smart camera protection and measurement ready.
  • Fully flexible for all valve designs.

Flexible Assembly Station

Fully flexible assembly station.

End of Line Test Station

100% of sample and serial production valves go through an EoL function and leakage test.

Test functions include;

  • Electric actuator calibration
  • Open/Close function testing
  • Valve external leakage
  • Valve internal + external leakage
  • Serial number traceability
  • Smart camera detection and measurement
  • Data traceability and serial no. identification
  • Adhesive label / engraved plate etc

CoBot Quality Firewall

High resolution SMART camera, mounted to a robotic arm allows any customer/design specific additionss to the product to be coveredd from a quality perspective that can’t be catered for in the previous processes.
