Inhouse production of GT’s own design pneumatic actuators. Flexible and robust line for varying recipes depending on design requirements.
100% of actuators are tested for stroke length, pressure intensity with safety factor and functional spring return before getting engraved as a mark of approval and for date/serial no. traceability.
CNC machining for low-mid volume serial production and rapid inhouse prototyping.
All milling machines are 4-axis/twin pallet equipped with high pressure through spindle coolant and tool length wear detection.

Welding of the lever assemblies is one of the core sub-processes in the majority of GT products.
The purpose-built weld cells are used for serial production and rapid inhousee prototyping.
We have inhouse weld-sectioning and macro-analysis of the weld batches for the finest quality.
Drilling of the lever assemblies is another of the core sub-processes for the majority of GT products.
This is a simple but highly precise process which is critical for the durability and longevity of the valve performance throughout the life of the products.
Featuring; early fault detection, high pressure through spindle coolant, ultra fast tool change, high tool capacity and pneumatic clamping.
Precision control for bushing process ensuring quality bushes parts for 100% of valves. Bush position and press force traceability and control.
Fully flexible assembly station.
100% of sample and serial production valves go through an EoL function and leakage test.
Test functions include;
High resolution SMART camera, mounted to a robotic arm allows any customer/design specific additionss to the product to be coveredd from a quality perspective that can’t be catered for in the previous processes.
